Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing the Nouw website, dashboard or APIs, you agree to these Terms of Use on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Services

Nouw provides payment collection (pay-ins), disbursements (payouts), KYC/KYB verification, reconciliation and payment orchestration services to businesses in India, delivered together with our banking and regulated partners.

3. Eligibility & onboarding

• You must be a business entity registered in India.
• You must complete our KYB process, including PAN, GSTIN (where applicable) and details of authorised signatories.
• We may decline or suspend onboarding at our discretion or as required by our partners or applicable law.

4. Your obligations

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Do not use the services for prohibited or unlawful activities.
• Keep API keys and dashboard credentials confidential.

5. Fees & settlement

Fees, settlement cycles and applicable taxes (including GST) are set out in your commercial agreement. Nouw may hold or delay settlements where required for risk, chargeback or regulatory reasons.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nouw's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [City], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
